Pop-Tarts For Breakfast?
They say that breakfast is the way to go, but Poptarts are not the type of breakfast they are talking about. Anything with a sugary fruit filling surrounded by a crusty dough and topped with icing and sugar should be avoided that early in the morning and saved for a special dessert - like once a week. One single Poptart contains 200 calories and around 16 grams of sugar. That is just one single one - not one package, one single one. Don't let the words "Made with real fruit" and "Made with whole grains" fool you - they are still like eating a big fat piece of cake. Grab a piece of whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit instead. You will be much better off.
